Morgan Philips is delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation in the search for an experienced HR Business Partner . This strategic yet hands‑on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys aligning HR initiatives with business goals, supporting workforce planning, and driving organisational change. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in the central London office. Please note that only candidates with previous experience in Lifesciences will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and deliver strategic HR and talent initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance across all HR disciplines : talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.
  • Lead and manage organisational restructures, terminations, and complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
  • Design and implement HR policies that support business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Promote a high‑performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
  • Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision‑making and improve organisational effectiveness.
