A leading technology firm is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team on an initial 3-month inside IR35 contract. As the business embraces flexibility, you are able to work from home with occasional travel into the office in Kent. This is an urgent requirement, and the client is seeking a candidate that is immediately available.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will act as a strategic advisor delivering people initiatives that support employee experience and culture. You will build frameworks for performance management, support employee relations cases, analyse data to inform business decisions and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This brand-new role will be supporting the technology division of the firm.
In order to be suitable for this role you will hold a proven track record of delivering successful HR experience within a technology focussed environment, ideally within SaaS or product-led businesses. Holding an excellent communication style is prerequisite for this role and you will be CIPD qualified with solid understanding of UK employment law.
