The business emphasises agility, quality, and cost-effective volume production, with an expanding range of filled chocolates, truffles, bars and seasonal lines. Recent investment has focused on operational efficiency and sustainable packaging, including recyclable paper wrappers.

Reports to: Group HR Director
Salary: up to £60,000
The HR Business Partner will work closely with the local leadership team and collaborate with the wider group HR function to deliver a people agenda that drives engagement, capability, and performance. This role is pivotal in creating structure, introducing systems, and embedding best practice HR across the business. Will also work closely with the wider HR team within the group.
