HR Business Partner / HR Generalist

Temporary Contract

22–£26 per hour

Hours : 8 : 30am – 5 : 15pm

Location : Luton (Hybrid)

Languages : Polish, Czech or Romanian

We’re supporting a global organisation with the recruitment of an experienced HR Business Partner to support their Northern & Eastern Europe region on an ongoing temporary basis.

This role is heavily focused on Eastern Europe, so fluency in Polish, Czech or Romanian is essential, alongside strong, hands‑on HR experience. We will also consider strong HR Generalists who are ready to step up into a Business Partner role.

The position offers a blend of operational HR delivery and strategic partnering, supporting managers and employees across multiple European locations.

Responsibilities for the HR Business Partner :
  • Act as the main HR contact for Eastern Europe, supporting employees in Poland and wider markets
  • Deliver the regional HR agenda and support the People Strategy
  • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with local employment laws
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, development and wider talent processes
  • Coach managers on performance management and day‑to‑day HR matters
  • Lead HR administration and operational processes, partnering closely with finance
  • Provide HR insights and reporting
What you’ll need for the HR Business Partner :
  • Strong HR BP or HR generalist background
  • Fluent Polish, Romanian and Czech Speaking
  • Confident handling employee relations and HR compliance
  • Ability to work independently across multiple countries
