Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join ABF's Business Technology Services at a pivotal stage in its transformation journey. As a trusted HR Business Partner, you will shape HR delivery within a growing, international technology function. Working in a small, collaborative HR team, you will partner with leaders to drive organisational change, deliver effective reward strategies, and foster an inclusive and supportive culture. This role offers the chance to influence at both strategic and operational levels, making a tangible impact on BTS's people and business success.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted HR partner to BTS leaders, providing strategic guidance and pragmatic advice.
  • Lead on reward activity, including pay benchmarking, job evaluation, bonus processes and benefits management.
  • Manage the annual reward cycle, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with ABF policies and legislation.
  • Produce accurate HR and reward reporting, including gender pay gap analysis and other compliance requirements.
  • Support organisational design, workforce planning, and change management programmes to enable BTS's growth.
  • Drive Diversity, Wellbeing & Inclusion initiatives, delivering the annual calendar and leading engagement activities.
  • Support, advise and coach line managers in employee relations matters ensuring efficient resolution of cases.
  • Contribute to HR projects and collaborate with colleagues to meet peaks in workload within the HR team.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a technology-related business or function.
  • Strong expertise in reward and compensation, including salary benchmarking, bonus cycles, and benefits management.
  • Advanced knowledge of employee relations and employment law, with experience managing ER cases.
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational change, design and restructures.
  • Familiarity with diversity, wellbeing, and inclusion practices, with a track record of delivering initiatives.
  • Strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen, balancing people priorities with business needs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insight.
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors, Microsoft Teams, and the wider Microsoft Office suite.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
