Job summary

A mid-sized HR consulting firm in London is looking for an experienced HR Assistant/Associate for a 3-month hybrid role. The successful candidate will provide daily HR support, assist with the employee lifecycle, and contribute to various HR projects. Applicants should have prior HR or Compensation experience, proficiency in HRIS systems, and strong Excel skills. The salary ranges from £38,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in similar HR or Compensation roles required.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, especially HiBob, is essential.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word for data analysis tasks.

The Role:
Job Title: HR Assistant/Associate
Length of Contract: 3 Months (extension possible)
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
Location: London – Hybrid working

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day HR support
  • Supporting employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Scheduling interviews, gathering candidate feedback, liaising with external vendors
  • Assisting with year-end duties, including compensation reviews
  • Collaborating with the wider HR team to ensure smooth operations
  • Participating in ad-hoc HR projects
  • Supporting payroll processes (UK and US)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar HR or Compensation role
  • Experience with HRIS systems, including HiBob
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Resourceful, solutions-oriented, with strong attention to detail
