Overview

Education for Industry Group (EFI) – HR Assistant

Location: Electra House - London, Moorgate EC2M 6SE

Contract: Permanent • Full-Time

About the Role: Join the EFI Group as an HR Assistant and play a key role in supporting our exciting growth journey. The HR Assistant will provide proactive, customer-focused, and efficient administrative support to the HR team. The post holder will manage the onboarding of new starters, ensuring all educational compliance checks are completed while maintaining a fast, customer-centric experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain the Single Central Record.
  • Manage data in compliance with regulations.
  • Handle administrative tasks and act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
About You
  • Qualifications: Level 2 qualifications or equivalent in English and Mathematics (GCSE grade C/4 or above) and Level 3 qualification(s) or equivalent (e.g., A-levels, BTEC) in any subject.
  • Experience: Administration experience with a process-oriented approach and the ability to maintain accurate records. Confidence in managing phone communications and multitasking in a busy environment.
  • Skills: Excellent people skills, comfortable interacting with a wide range of individuals, strong organisational abilities.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ideally MS Teams.
  • Passion: Enthusiastic, proactive, with a can-do attitude and a passion for helping people, eager to develop strong administrative skills.
