A leading education group in London is seeking an HR Assistant to support the HR team through effective onboarding and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a passion for assisting others. This full-time position offers a salary ranging from £26,650 to £27,300 annually, contingent on qualifications and experience.

About the Role: Join the EFI Group as an HR Assistant and play a key role in supporting our exciting growth journey. The HR Assistant will provide proactive, customer-focused, and efficient administrative support to the HR team. The post holder will manage the onboarding of new starters, ensuring all educational compliance checks are completed while maintaining a fast, customer-centric experience.
