We are recruiting a dedicated HR Assistant to join a dynamic team based in Edinburgh. This permanent role offers an excellent chance to grow within a supportive environment that genuinely values professional development and personal wellbeing.

About the role

You will support a broad range of administration tasks across multiple practice areas. You will work closely with key stakeholders on all aspects of employee engagement, ensuring smooth delivery of performance cycles, talent management activity and employee relations processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes for colleagues
  • Supporting managers and colleagues on employee relations-related matters, including absence management and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Conducting data reviews to highlight trends and support informed decision-making.
  • Contributing to early careers recruitment activity and projects linked to performance and talent development.
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring resources remain accurate and up to date.
Ideal candidate
  • Experience in HR or recruitment administration, ideally within a professional services or similar corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
