This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a financial services organisation based in Leeds or Manchester. The role focuses on providing expert human resources support and advice while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

The company is a well-established financial services organisation with a strong presence in the industry and has grown significantly. You will report into the HR Lead and provide HR support for 350 employees across Leeds, Manchester, Edinburgh and Inverness.

Description
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law to managers and employees.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinaries, in line with company policies.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Provide support for performance management processes, including appraisals and training plans.
  • Contribute to the review and update of HR policies and procedures to reflect current legislation.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to deliver a consistent and high-quality service across the business.
