A Wealth and Asset Management firm in London seeks an experienced HR Advisor to manage employee relations, recruitment, and HR analytics. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 and operates on a hybrid work model. Ideal candidates will have HR experience in financial services and a strong understanding of UK employment law.
Our client is a Wealth and Asset Management firm in the City of London, they are looking for an HR Advisor to provide practical guidance and support across a busy HR function. This role is a generalist position and you will have exposure to all functions of the department.
Ideally you will have HR experience in a financial/professional services environment, a sound understanding of the principles of ‘good’ HR practice and UK employment law. You should be CIPD Level 5+ qualified (or equivalent).
The company currently operates a hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
This is a permanent position, offering a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
