Job description
Overview

As a key member of our People & Culture team, you’ll play an important role in supporting our business and helping our people thrive. This role is all about maximising employee engagement and ensuring our people strategies, policies, and procedures are not only implemented but truly embedded across the business. You’ll be the go-to partner for employee relations, providing guidance to leaders and employees on all aspects of HR while ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies. Beyond day-to-day support, you’ll contribute to exciting people initiatives — from enhancing our benefits and engagement strategies to championing our HR systems (Workday) and helping leaders unlock their full potential. Alongside this, you’ll ensure our HR data and processes are accurate, insightful, and efficient, giving the business the information it needs to make smart people decisions. Whether it’s managing family leave, supporting pay queries, or delivering reports that shape strategy, you’ll bring organisation, detail, and care to everything you do.

Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to partner for employee relations and provide guidance to leaders and employees on HR and compliance.
  • Support the design and implementation of people strategies, policies, and procedures; champion their embedding across the business.
  • Contribute to people initiatives, including enhancements to benefits and engagement strategies.
  • Champion HR systems (Workday) and help leaders unlock their full potential.
  • Ensure HR data and processes are accurate, insightful, and efficient; deliver reports to inform people decisions.
  • Manage family leave, respond to pay queries, and support day-to-day HR operations with care and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR-related position.
  • CIPD and/or HR qualification.
Benefits
  • Flexible/hybrid working model — a mix of remote and office work.
  • Discounted travel for family and friends — access to industry rates and discounts via our in-house travel team.
  • Career progression — clear pathways and access to training and support across a global brand network.
  • Fun culture with industry-renowned social events (monthly awards, global conferences, and more).
  • Active Hour — one hour each week dedicated to well-being.
