A leading manufacturer in storage solutions is seeking an HR Advisor to provide proactive HR support at their Milton Keynes site. The role involves advising managers, managing employee relations, and supporting recruitment and development initiatives. Ideal candidates will have CIPD level 3 qualifications and a strong understanding of UK employment law. We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our busy growing organisation. The successful candidate will be based at our Milton Keynes site and will provide proactive and professional HR support to the Sales & Commercial function, working closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to deliver people initiatives that drive business performance. This role will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, supporting day-to-day HR matters, ensuring compliance with policies and employment legislation, and contributing to a positive employee experience. The HR Advisor will also play a key role in enabling the HRBP to focus on strategic priorities by effectively supporting operational HR activities.
The HR Advisor will work closely with the HR Business partners, HR Shared Services and all internal departments.
