We’re looking for a confident, proactive HR Advisor to join our supportive ER team, reporting to the Senior HR Advisor.In this hands-on role, you’ll provide consistent, compliant advice across a diverse regional portfoliosupporting managers on issues like attendance, grievances, disciplinaries, performance, probation, and flexible working.What You’ll Be DoingDelivering expert guidance and coaching managers and colleagues on ER issuesManaging complex casework and attending hearings and meetingsSupporting ACAS conciliations and Employment Tribunal claimsAssisting with change management processes including TUPE and restructuresMaintaining accurate case records and documentation in the HR systemContributing to training and development initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in Employee Relations and casework (Care sector experience is a plus)Strong working knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practicesCIPD or equivalent HR qualificationExcellent communication and influencing skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident managing your own administration and workloadIT savvy especially with Word and ExcelWhy Join Us?You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative HR team where your expertise is valued and your growth supported.
