We are partnered with a fantastic client based in Bolton looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on a 3 month fixed term contract position. There is potential the role go be extended or even made permanent.

The successful candidate will be a confident HR Advisor, thriving in a busy environment and hit the ground running. The role requires someone who can start ASAP or at very short notice.

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Support Managers/Senior Leadership and employees across the business providing expert HR guidance and advice.
  • Responsible for ensuring the consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Advise on a range of employee relations matters and work collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver an efficient HR service.
  • Deliver pragmatic HR Advice - confident with this as generalist role.
  • Support with redundancies and restructures.
Requirements of the role:
  • Strong generalist HR Advisor knowledge/experience.
  • Strong employee relations, case management and HR best practice.
