Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with line managers and supervisors, providing consistent HR advice and support.
  • Manage employee relations, including absence, performance, disciplinaries, and grievances, ensuring fair and lawful practices.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain HR systems and records, producing routine reports and ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Support recruitment activities, from job advertising to candidate communication.
  • Oversee onboarding and probation processes, ensuring a seamless induction experience.
  • Assist with HR administration, including contract changes, internal communications, and training records.
  • Contribute to engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and support the delivery of people projects and process improvements.
