Job summary

A logistics company is seeking a HR Advisor to provide essential support and advice on HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have HR experience within the transport & distribution sector and must possess strong knowledge of employment laws. This full-time permanent role offers competitive salary of £36k and benefits including generous holiday allowance and participation in a pension scheme, located in Hessle.

Qualifications

  • Assist with recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with departments to address workforce planning and development needs.
  • Ensure adherence to employment legislation and company policies.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
