This permanent role involves managing general HR queries, leading employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate will have HR Generalist experience and be CIPD level 5 qualified. We have an opportunity for an HR Advisor with generalist experience to join our client in Gateshead on a permanent basis.
Dealing with general HR queries and providing guidance
Leading Employee relations, including investigations, grievances and absence management
Recruitment, job advertising through relationships with stakeholders and onboarding
Keeping employee records up to date and compliance
Ensuring policies and procedures are relevant and up to date
Supporting with key projects and initiatives as they arise
HR Generalist experience
A strong level of ER knowledge
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
