Role One: People Services (HR) Advisor, Policy and Reward Team
We are seeking an HR professional to join our People and Development function as a People Services (HR) Advisor within the Policy and Reward team, on a permanent contract. You will report to the Senior People Services (HR) Advisor (Policy and Reward team) and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment contributing to reward-related projects and implementing People Services (HR) policies, procedures, guidance and role profiles that support the Constabulary’s vision and priorities. You will need experience using a variety of Microsoft tools.
Role Two: People Services (HR) Advisor, People Data and Reporting
This role supports the Data and Reporting Senior People Advisor in running, maintaining and manipulating reports using People Information systems and data (e.g., sickness, FOI requests, NPCC returns and ad-hoc requests). You will also undertake quality assurance of HR data and input data into the HR system when required. Attention to detail and experience with Microsoft Excel are essential.
Both roles are contractually based at HIOWC’s Strategic Headquarters in Eastleigh, with hybrid working available. There may be a requirement to travel to policing sites within Hampshire and Isle of Wight as required. For full details, please view the full Role Profile.
