Job Summary

My client is seeking a proactive and hands‑on HR Advisor to join their fast‑paced and dynamic team. This newly created role has been established due to the success and growth of the business, offering an exciting opportunity to work across multiple sites, supporting recruitment, onboarding, retention and employee engagement. The role is highly visible and requires a sleeves‑rolled‑up approach. Travel between sites is a key part of the role to ensure consistent HR support, strong relationships with employees and managers and alignment of HR practices across locations.

Responsibilities
  • Actively involved in end‑to‑end recruitment
  • Develop recruitment strategies aligned to operational needs
  • Work to further improve and develop retention
  • Build relationships with recruitment partners and agencies
  • Serve as the main HR contact for employees and managers
  • Advise on policies, performance and employee relations
  • Promote engagement, morale and a positive culture
  • Deliver and track training initiatives to ensure compliance
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in recruitment, including high‑volume and departmental hiring across multiple locations
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or above
  • Skilled in onboarding, retention and employee engagement strategies
  • Hands‑on, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
