Job Description
  • Act as the first point of contact for all employee relations queries
  • Lead on complex and sensitive ER casework from start to resolution
  • Coach and guide managers on policy, process, and best practice
  • Support recruitment activity, including vetting and onboarding
  • Contribute to designing and delivering training sessions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case records
  • Work closely with the People Manager to identify people-related risks
  • Support continuous improvement across HR processes
  • Assist with policy updates and compliance requirements
  • Provide day-to-day generalist HR advice to employees and managers

A successful HR Advisor should have :
