A leading HR consultancy firm in London seeks an experienced HR Advisor to support organisational change. This role focuses on employee relations and related activities in a public sector environment. Candidates should have expertise in managing change and handling employee relations in a unionised setting. The position is fixed-term for 12 months and offers a hybrid working model with flexible office days.
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support a South London organisation through a period of huge change
You will provide support within the Business Partnering function to the organisational wide Target Operating Model transformation programme. This will include dealing with large scale change activities and restructures/redesigns.
You will have a clear focus on ensuring all employee relations related activities connected to change are triaged, documented and supported including areas such as redeployment, consultation letters, contractual changes etc.
You may be required to also support wider ER cases such as disciplinaries, grievances and capability
To be considered you need to have a strong ER background together with experience supporting change as part of your role and come with public sector experience within a unionised environment
This is a fixed term contract of 12 months and is offered on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days in the office
