A family-run care home group is seeking an HR Advisor to provide high-quality guidance and support to managers and employees across the organization. This full-time role involves managing employee relations, offering advice on HR policies, and contributing to HR projects, while ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate should have a CIPD Level 5 qualification and a strong background in HR, particularly within the care sector. Competitive annual leave and training opportunities are provided.
HR Advisor – Springcare Head Office, Whitchurch with travel to our care homes across the Group
Full-time, Permanent – 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm)
