Overview

HR Adviser with L&D – We are currently recruiting for a HR Adviser with L&D to start immediately on a temp basis for 4 weeks covering sickness – £35-39K – Based near Tower Hill.

Who will you be working for?

Our client is an established non-profit membership Healthcare organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with updating of staff records, and updates to the learning and development system on a daily basis.
  • To facilitate the Learning and Development function, as required e.g., organising College-wide training, individual training, booking rooms/e-meetings, confirming training dates, liaising with training suppliers etc.
  • To facilitate the development and maintenance of the College’s annual training plan and keeping up to date the learning and development budget tracker.
  • Coordinate all-day learning events including the Learning Days and Patients and Carers Conferences, e.g., processing registrations, preparing event materials (name badges, information packs), liaising with the College’s travel provider and catering organisations etc.
  • Assist in the preparations and management of College wide programmes like appraisals, coaching programmes and any other learning and development related programmes.
  • To keep the learning and development and other appropriate HR pages on the Intranet up to date.
  • Assist with HR projects, as required.

  • CIPD Qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and ability to prioritise own workload
  • Experience of working within a learning and development environment
