Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Administrator on a fixed-term contract in Wolverhampton. The role involves handling HR administration, maintaining records, and supporting the HR team with reports and projects. Ideal candidates should have HR administration experience, preferably be CIPD qualified, and have knowledge of SAP in a manufacturing context. Competitive salary of £29 - £31 per annum is offered.

Qualifications

What will you be doing?
  • You will be handling day-to-day HR administration and provide basic advice to managers across areas like onboarding, leavers, absence, learning and development and recruitment
  • Keeping HR records, systems and personnel files accurate and up to date
  • Supporting the HRBP and senior team with monthly people reports
  • Assisting with employee relations matters such as disciplinary, grievance and capability cases and carrying out exit interviews when needed
  • Help with HR and business projects
Where will you be doing it?

Our client operates in the nuclear and defence sector and was founded over 50 years ago.

What you'll need:
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or a L&D qualification
  • Previously worked as a HR administration
  • Experience with SAP employee central is desirable
  • Experience within a manufacturing or aerospace environment is also desirable
