As our HR Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our friendly and supportive HR team. You'll be the first point of contact for queries and provide essential administrative support across the employee life‑cycle, helping us deliver a professional, people‑focused HR service. This is a varied and fast‑paced role where priorities can shift quickly – sometimes it feels like a million miles an hour! That’s why we’re looking for someone who is highly organised, adaptable, and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Resilience and a solutions‑focused mindset are essential, as you’ll be handling sensitive information and supporting compliance with policies and employment legislation. The pace is intense, but you won’t be alone. We’re a warm, collaborative team that supports each other through challenges and celebrates success together. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy variety, and want to be part of a welcoming team that values professionalism, positivity and support, we’d love to hear from you.
Young Epilepsy is the children and young people’s epilepsy charity. Our purpose is to create a society in which children and young people with epilepsy are enabled to thrive and fulfil their potential. A society in which their voices are respected, and their ambitions realised. We work with children and young people across the country, as well as many of those people and organisations who shape their lives – parents, health and care professionals, researchers, teachers, policymakers and more. Informed by young people and drawing on our strong legacy of expertise in education, health and research, we have developed and published our 2020‑2025 strategy. This focuses our work around 3 key offers: health and research, voice and support and St. Piers special education.
We are accessible by bus, by train via the East Grinstead branch of the Oxted Line and by car.
