Overview

As an HRAdministrator, you will provide efficient and accurate HR support to managersand employees across the contract. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth HRprocesses, from recruitment and onboarding to absence management and compliancechecks.,

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality HR administration and meet deadlines.
  • Support managers with employee relations processes, including note-taking at meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records for right-to-work, DBS, and occupational health checks.
  • Manage HR systems for starters, leavers, probation, and casual staff.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits.
  • Provide administrative support for Learning & Development and ad hoc HR projects.
