Job description

HR Administrators looking to join a Dynamic HR Team, read on. We have an exciting opportunity for a talented HR Administrator to join our growing team.

18 hours per week. Working pattern as follows:

  • Monday to Wednesday 10am – 2pm
  • Thursday to Friday 10am – 1pm
Responsibilities

You’ll be assisting with all aspects of HR administration including employee onboarding, contracts, and records management. Managing the HR database and ensuring accurate data entry to maintain employee records. Supporting the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates. Assisting in employee training and development initiatives. Handling employee inquiries and providing timely and effective resolutions. Collaborating with HR team members to improve processes and contribute to HR projects.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
