A leading HR consultancy is looking for an HR Administration Assistant to provide essential support to the HR department in High Wycombe. This role involves maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment, and serving as a point of contact for HR enquiries. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR. The position offers a hybrid working model along with excellent benefits, including 30 days of holiday.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with a variety of administrative tasks. This role is integral in maintaining employee records, facilitating HR processes, and providing administrative support.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, has excellent communication skills, and is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
