Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Housing Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong experience in arrears recovery and tenancy management.
• Ability to manage a large patch effectively.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patch of around 400 properties.
• Rent arrears management and recovery.
• Carrying out estate inspections.
• Completing tenancy audits and visits.
• Managing tenancy issues including breaches and enforcement.
• General tenancy management and resident support.
