Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of the legislation regarding Tenancy Fraud and policy best practices.
  • Experience in a similar investigative role is essential.
  • Ability to coordinate activities at a national level and write for different audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert on tenancy fraud.
  • Work with Local Authority fraud teams and follow up on reports.
  • Prepare court files for proceedings related to housing fraud.
