Overview

Have you got the passion and resilience to support Transform clients to develop their independence and daily living skills? This role includes housing management activities, along with supporting clients daily to empower them to resolve problems and reach positive outcomes. Salary £26,750 per annum + benefits. Location: Farnham. Full time 37 hours per week. It is essential that you have a full valid driving licence and use of your own car for business purposes. Successful candidates will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.

We welcome applicants with relevant experience of working with vulnerable people or with transferable skills. If you are new to this kind of work, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Act as a keyworker to named clients, supporting them to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible while ensuring safety and risk management.
• Provide housing management activities as part of the role and support clients daily to empower them to resolve problems.
• Reflect Transform values in every interaction and contribute to a supportive team environment.

About You

You will be committed to Transform's values and be able to develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients. You should be able to manage your own time, deliver outcomes, and meet deadlines. Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook and the Internet) is required.
