Key Responsibilities of the Housing Services Manager
  • Lead and develop a team of housing professionals to deliver exceptional services.
  • Manage tenancy allocations, lettings and estate services.
  • Drive income collection and implement strategies for tenancy sustainment.
  • Oversee anti-social behaviour case management and safeguarding.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong partnerships with local agencies and community groups.
  • Contribute to service improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Experience in supported housing.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
