A local government agency in Stafford is seeking a Housing Options Officer to join their dedicated team. This permanent role involves assessing needs of vulnerable individuals and providing innovative solutions to prevent homelessness. The successful candidate will work closely with partner agencies and make statutory decisions in line with current legislation. This position offers a salary range of £28,598 to £32,061 and requires a proactive approach to addressing complex housing issues.

Band F (SCP 12 – 19) - £28,598 - £32,061 per annum
37 hours per week, Permanent
A unique opportunity is available to join our award-winning Housing Options Team and provide advice and assistance to households experiencing homelessness.
We are looking for an individual who is determined to break down barriers in order to find creative and innovative solutions to complex issues, that will prevent vulnerable households from becoming homeless. You will have the opportunity to use homeless legislation, policy and procedure to make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable people.
