We are looking for a Housing Officer to join our dedicated team in Oldham/Tameside area. This is a static role, meaning you\'ll be based in a specific area, ensuring that properties are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with AASC standards.

Strong communication skills are essential, as well as confidence in handling challenging situations such as anti-social behaviour, safeguarding concerns, and medical needs.
Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates will need to undergo Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) security clearance and a Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) check (subject to Home Office approval).
To be considered, you must hold a full, clean driving license.
