Job summary

A regional recruitment agency is seeking a Housing Officer to manage property condition cases, ensure compliance with tenancy agreements, and provide exceptional customer service.   • Temporary contract, minimum 3 months
  • Fully remote with occasional travel across the South West
  • Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Daily duties of the Housing Officer
  • Manage property condition cases, hoarding, tenancy breaches, and permissions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, keeping customers at the heart of decisions.
  • Work with multi-agencies to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
  • Attend site visits and represent colleagues in court when required.
  • Ensure safeguarding processes are followed to support vulnerable customers.
