What You'll Do:

As a Housing Manager, you'll lead a multi-disciplinary neighbourhood delivery team, ensuring our communities flourish and that our residents feel valued and supported. Your role will involve:

  • Leadership & Performance: Inspire and guide your team, fostering a culture of ownership and high performance. Set clear priorities through regular meetings and performance reviews.
  • Allocations & Tenancy Management: Drive efficient allocation processes and ensure robust tenancy management. Oversee complex cases and lead on multi-agency coordination when needed.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with local authorities and community partners. Champion customer involvement, ensuring their voices shape local initiatives.
  • Regulatory Assurance: Ensure compliance with housing legislation and regulatory standards. Maintain an assurance trail on decision‑making and case outcomes.
