Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedHousing Asset Management Leadto oversee the strategic planning, design, and delivery of our housing investment programmes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction, property, or design, and a passion for improving housing standards through innovative asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of multi-year housing asset investment programmes.
  • Manage projects from inception through to delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and value for money.
  • Oversee stock condition surveys and translate findings into actionable plans.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and other statutory requirements.
  • Implement and refine processes to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of property professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of design and construction techniques to inform decision-making.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align asset strategies with organisational goals.
