A regional health service provider is seeking a part-time Housekeeping staff member to maintain cleanliness across multiple facilities. This role involves working alongside healthcare professionals in various community settings. Ideal candidates will have attention to detail and strong time management skills. You will be responsible for delivering a fully comprehensive and professional cleaning service to meet NHS standards of cleanliness and other housekeeping duties in accordance with schedules and procedures. You will work within local community hospitals, other inpatient settings, health centres, clinics and administration areas, alongside clinical teams and infection control. You may relay information that may impact other clinical/non-clinical services. The role will provide variety, and you will undertake a range of cleaning duties including general cleaning tasks (bathrooms, kitchens, wards, clinics, theatres, office areas, etc.) as well as specialised cleaning processes (machines), with tasks tailored to the needs of a particular service and around patient care.

We currently have a permanent part-time housekeeping vacancy at Orchard Place, working 15 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 17:00–20:00 and Friday 16:30–19:30). You will receive full training to ensure you can succeed in this role and contribute to a busy and varied environment by providing housekeeping services alongside clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
