Main duties of the job

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will work as part of a team to ensure that all standards of cleanliness and laundry are maintained in the home. You will operate according to our standard operating procedures for housekeeping and laundry, ensuring that hotel service standards are maintained. Other responsibilities include carrying out all cleaning duties, understanding the cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings, and ensuring that all residents are treated with dignity and respect.

  • Ensuring that all residents are treated with dignity and respect and that their personal space and belongings are always respected.
