A leading property management firm in Cardiff is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness in communal areas and provide exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently. This role will be working 25 hours per week. You will ensure the building, communal areas and grounds are kept to high standards of cleanliness and act as a face for the development engaging with the residents to ensure exceptional customer service at all times.

Cleaning all communal areas thoroughly daily, including polishing, dusting, hovering, also sparkle cleans of apartments for move ins.
Ensure lifts are kept clean and panels streak free.
Litter picking and maintaining cleanliness of internal Car Park Communal carpet cleaning.
Experience of using cleaning machinery.
To have an open, friendly and helpful approach with all requests made with emphasis on servicing the resident.
To give guidance and assistance to residents in a willing and friendly manner.
To ensure that the highest levels of customer care and service are maintained at all times.
To immediately report and H&S issues to your line manager.
Ensure the 'daily cleaning check lists' are completed in a timely manner.
Ensure all cleaning materials needed are kept up to date and neatly organised.
Maintain a clean and smart appearance at all times.
Previous experience as a housekeeper, or cleaner within hospitality or large scale residential property.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and on own initiative, yet follow instruction and rules as required.
High standards in cleanliness and customer service.
The ability to work in a fast paced environment and time management is key.
Required: If you do not have a Rent Smart Wales qualification, you will be required to complete this course within the first 3 months of starting your role.
