  • Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
  • Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
  • Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal and clean and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
