A boutique hotel group in Bristol is looking for a part-time Hotel Receptionist. You'll provide excellent customer service, manage room sales, and perform admin tasks within a friendly team. Flexibility in shifts is required as the role includes evenings and weekends. Bonus potential adds to the base salary, making this position appealing for sales-driven individuals.

We have an opening at The Clifton Hotel within our boutique hotel group for a new part time Hotel Receptionist. We're looking for a friendly, sales-driven and confident individual who takes pride in their work, always ensuring that each of our guests has the best experience possible!
This is a part time position (24 hours per week) and will be located at The Washington Guesthouse on St Paul\'s Road, BS8. While The Clifton is a busy hotel popular with groups, business and leisure guests alike!
About the ideal part time Hotel Receptionist: You are friendly, confident and passionate about providing fantastic customer service to our guests. You\\'ll be a team player willing and able to help out where needed and support your colleagues. You are motivated by meeting targets and are sales driven. You\\'ll also enjoy the more administrative side of the role and will have fantastic attention to detail and the ability to anticipate what guests need!
You will, ideally, have good availability to work a combination of early shifts (7am - 3pm) and late shifts (2pm - 10pm) on a mixture of weekday and weekend days (rota based). We can be flexible to work around other commitments within reason!
