A popular theme park in Chertsey is looking for a Hotel Night Receptionist to provide excellent service to guests and manage various tasks including check-ins and inventory for the Cabins Shop. Applicants must be 18 or over due to unsociable hours. The role demands a friendly demeanor and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. As a Hotel Night Receptionist, you’ll make sure every guest enjoys a smooth, hassle-free stay. From checking guests in and out to serving in the Supplies Shop, you’ll keep standards high throughout the Cabins and help us meet key performance targets. Reporting to the Hotel Night Team Leaders, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Please note that due to the unsociable hours for this role, all applicants must be 18 or over.
Qualifications/ Experience
