An esteemed royal office is seeking a hospitality professional to support high-standard service delivery. The role includes overseeing guest experiences and managing event preparations at Buckingham Palace and other royal residences. Ideal candidates will have a proactive attitude and strong customer service skills. Full training and a generous benefits package are offered.

Hours of work: 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday

Although your main workplace will be Buckingham Palace, you’ll also travel to other Royal residences throughout the year. Essential Criteria
Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is beneficial, but not essential - we’ll provide full training to help you succeed.
