Are you passionate about cricket and have a strong experience in hospitality management and customer service? The Kia Oval is recruiting Hospitality Managers and Catering Managers to support our international cricket fixtures this season, including a Test Match in June and an ODI in September.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-profile events at one of the UK’s most iconic sporting venues, delivering outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details:

Location: The Kia Oval, London - with other shifts available across the Constellation venues

Pay Rates: £16.32 – £19.58 per hour (depending on role and experience)

Contract Type: Seasonal / Event-based

Availability: You must be available to work key international fixtures, including full match days

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing hospitality suites, lounges, or catering areas on match days
  • Leading, briefing, and managing hospitality and catering teams
  • Ensuring exceptional guest experience and service standards throughout the event
  • Managing service delivery during peak periods in a live-event environment
  • Handling guest queries or issues professionally and efficiently
  • Maintaining high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and compliance
Requirements:
  • Proven hospitality or catering management experience (events or high-volume environments preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, pressurised environment
  • A professional, proactive, and guest-focused approach
  • Strong team work ethic
  • Based in London or able to commute reliably to The Kia Oval

  • 17th - 21st June: England v New Zealand Test Match
  • 27th September: England v Sri Lanka One Day International (ODI)
