Overview

Location: Canary Wharf • Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week • Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM • Pay: £16.48 per hour

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our hospitality and fine dining kitchen based in Canary Wharf. This role offers a great work-life balance with weekday-only shifts and no evenings or weekends. You will be responsible for running your own section in the kitchen, with support from senior chefs during busy periods. This is a great opportunity for someone with fine dining experience to develop their skills in a professional and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Run and maintain your section to a high standard
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service
  • Consistently produce high-quality dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your area
  • Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Support and guide junior team members as needed
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-standard hospitality kitchen
  • Background in fine dining or a similar high-quality culinary setting
  • Confident across all areas of the kitchen (excluding pastry)
  • Able to run a section independently and stay calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for quality food
