Hospital Manager - North Yorkshire - mental health

Linq Recruitment Specialists are recruiting a Hospital Manager for a private mental health hospital in North Yorkshire.

This is a long established, small acute mental health hospital that provides emergency admissions.

Responsibilities

In this Hospital Director position you will be responisble for providing effective leadership to the onsite team. You will have oversight off departments including the clinical teams, finance, HR, recruitment, estates etc, and will be responsible for the overall day to day running of the hospital.

Qualifications

• Be nurse qualified with an active NMC pin
• Have experieince working in a mental health setting (ideally within acute services)
• Have worked within CQC guidelines and have an understanding of the relevant legislation
• Be an experienced leader with the ability to lead by example and manage performance effectively
• Have experieince managing risk and implemeting clinical governnace within a hospital setting
