Qualifications

  • Experience in line managing in a maintenance environment post apprenticeship.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate contractors and service engineers.
  • Understanding of Legionella prevention requirements within hospital buildings.

Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance team and contractors in daily duties.
  • Ensure a friendly and organized environment for patients.
  • Participate in an on-call system covering multiple hospitals.
