Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of construction processes related to joinery and building works.
• Experience in a maintenance environment is preferred.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills to level 1 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance and installation work across building services.
• Participate in on-call rota and undertake overtime as needed.
• Organise and prioritise daily activities effectively.

Knowledge of engineering and building systems

Ability to solve problems independently

Education

BTEC/ONC, City & Guilds or NVQ level 3 in relevant building discipline

Completion of recognised apprenticeship in a relevant building discipline
