To be first point of contact for telephone and face to face enquiries by patients, their relatives and carers, health and social care professionals and the general public. Direct patients, visitors and colleagues around the hospital to the correct department.
We are seeking a highly organised individual to join our friendly team as an administrator. This is a key role supporting many different areas within Falmouth Hospital, including reception, outpatients, MIU, ward and day unit.
